Court-Ordered / Court Recommended Services

  • Our Parenting Consultants work collaboratively with families to address parenting disputes, including decision-making, parenting time, and other child-related matters. With a focus on resolution and minimizing conflict, PCs help parents establish agreements and, if necessary, make binding decisions to support the best interests of the children.

  • Parenting Time Expeditors assist parents in interpreting and enforcing court-ordered parenting schedules. Whether mediating disagreements or issuing binding decisions, PTEs ensure compliance with parenting plans, promoting harmony and stability for families.

  • Our mediators provide a neutral platform for parents to resolve disputes amicably and confidentially. By fostering open communication, mediation helps families navigate custody, parenting time, and other conflicts, empowering parents to reach voluntary agreements without court intervention.

  • Midwestern Hub offers court-ordered supervised visitation services to support the parent-child relationship in a safe and neutral environment. We provide both full-session supervision for families requiring continuous monitoring and intermittent or intentionally sporadic supervision for cases where only periodic oversight is needed. All visits are conducted in accordance with court directives, ensuring safety and providing thorough documentation to assist families in meeting their goals.

  • For parents who are court-ordered to avoid contact or where high conflict is a concern, Midwestern Hub offers safe or neutral exchange supervision. This service facilitates the transition of children between parents in a monitored setting, ensuring that parents do not need to see or interact with one another. Our goal is to reduce stress and conflict, providing a secure and smooth exchange process for all parties.

  • We provide court-ordered parenting education tailored to meet the specific needs of parents as outlined in their court order. These sessions focus on building parenting skills, understanding child development, learning about a child’s mental health diagnosis, safe disciplinary practices, and fostering positive parent-child relationships. Our individualized approach ensures that parents receive practical guidance and tools aligned with their unique family dynamics and court directives.
